Excursions and Incursions |
Excursions and In-School visits are arranged as part of the learning process at school. The children gain much knowledge and broaden their horizons through an enjoyable stimulus. At all times on excursions teachers and parents supervise the children appropriately.
Notices about forthcoming excursions are sent home for parental approval. A consent form needs to be signed by a parent or guardian before a child is allowed to go on an excursion.
An excursion levy is set each year to cover the costs of excursions and in-school programs presented by professional musicians, singers and naturalists. Parents are requested to pay this levy at the commencement of the school year, thus eliminating the need to ask parents for payment from time to time.
