At Syndal South we recognise the transition from Kindergarten to school can be both exciting and daunting for parents and students alike. And as happy and confident children is an important priority for us at Syndal South, we have a variety of information and transition sessions aimed at assisting a smooth transition to school.

2025 Foundation Transition Sessions 

These sessions are for all children enrolled in Foundation for 2025.  These sessions will allow your child to participate in a number of aspects of primary school life at Syndal South Primary School, as well as giving parents an introduction into our community.

Session 1:  Wednesday 11th September - 2.15-3.15pm

Play with Clay!

Session 2:  Wednesday 18th September - 2.15-3.15pm

"We're Going on a Bear Hunt" experience - bring your favourite teddy or soft toy!

Parent Information Night:  Monday 9th December - 7-8pm

Orientation Morning:  Tuesday 10th December - 9.30am-12pm

All year levels school orientation morning, including Foundation.  Students come to school and spend half the day with their 2024 class teacher.
